STEPHEN MCDONALD, ESQ.
Stephen is an attorney at Mayo Law Group who focuses on business litigation including contract disputes, fraud, conspiracy, and defamation matters. He also handles personal injury cases and represents veterans seeking disability compensation and other benefits.
Before joining the firm, Stephen defended healthcare providers and licensed professionals in medical malpractice and professional liability matters, served as corporate counsel to healthcare providers, and worked as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Originally from Ireland, Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University Belfast and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law. After leaving law school, Stephen served on active duty in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps and continues to serve as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve.
